As a Product Designer on the Monetization Experience team, you’ll work collaboratively and iteratively to turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. You’ll own projects from conception to launch and measure success through data and user research. You’ll play a key role in roadmapping, feature design, and the quality of our products, and your work will impact both user and business goals.

This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to created product experiences they love. This role will sit on the AI Growth team which accelerates strategic adoption of AI across the enterprise by partnering with business units and product teams to drive innovation, usage, and responsibility.

As the first full-time designer, lead the design of intuitive, user-centric product interfaces, while also shaping the website, marketing, and sales assets. Collaborate with engineers, drive improvements to the website and sales deck, and refine the product through user engagement and strategy. They need a versatile UX and graphic design generalist with strong product and business acumen.

Design the solution for AI automation challenges by building the admin consoles, governance frameworks, and AI oversight tools that let enterprises deploy automation across thousands of employees without the chaos. You'll report to Paul Goodwin and work directly with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to shape how major companies adopt and govern automation at scale.
